Terms of Service for Ma, Ano Ulam?

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ma, Ano Ulam? mobile application (the "App"), operated by Mb Alegria ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ma, Ano Ulam? is a Filipino meal planning application that helps you plan your weekly meals, track pantry inventory, browse Filipino recipes, and create grocery lists.

The App is available for Android devices through the Google Play Store. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. When you do, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

5. User Content

The App allows you to create and store content, including meal plans, pantry data, grocery lists, and saved recipes ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.

You are responsible for your User Content and must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Features

The App offers free features including basic meal planning, pantry tracking, and access to a limited recipe library.

Premium Subscription

The App offers a Premium subscription that provides access to additional features, including:

• Expanded recipe library and exclusive content
• Advanced meal planning features
• Priority customer support
• Ad-free experience

Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat. For billing questions, refer to Google Play's subscription policies.

7. Refunds

All subscription purchases are final. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

To request a refund:

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Go to your order history
3. Find the Ma, Ano Ulam? subscription
4. Request a refund through Google Play

We do not process refunds directly. All refund requests must go through Google Play.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to transmit malware or other harmful code
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute App content without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, recipes, graphics, logos, and source code, is owned by Mb Alegria and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission. Recipes and meal suggestions provided by the App are for personal, non-commercial use only.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

Recipes and meal suggestions are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional nutritional or medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for dietary concerns.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MB ALEGRIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for accessing or using the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mb Alegria and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted within the App or on our website.

By continuing to use the App after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.

We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email associated with your account.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
